(He/Him)

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

John Czapkowicz, MA, LCPC

John is passionate about supporting individuals who continually get stuck in their intrusive thoughts, strong cravings, and unhelpful patterns. He enjoys helping people find hope and contentment in life again as they learn to break free from inner turmoil and return to the life that they envision.

John personalizes his approach with each client, ensuring that sessions continue to gradually move clients towards their individual goals and values. With John, you can be certain that you’ll leave each session feeling listened to, validated, and equipped to tackle the stress of life in new ways.

Outside of the therapy session, John can be found exploring nature throughout the Chicagoland area or hanging out with friends and family. He’s into classic rock music and sci-fi, and he considers himself a huge animal lover (besides his new puppy, otters are his favorite!).
