Rachel strives to provide a calming presence to clients with an emphasis on validation and trust during sessions. She believes in supporting others while encouraging them to make progress towards personal goals. With Rachel, you can trust that she’s going to be in your corner, always with your highest potential in mind. Rachel prefers “skipping the small talk” and getting right into the deep conversations to find real connection and meaning. She's not afraid to tackle difficult subjects and engages with curiosity and open-mindedness to develop strong relationships. Rachel helps clients to build upon their own skills and take ownership of their therapy experience. Outside of the therapy session, you can find Rachel sipping half-caf coffee, chasing after her two young kids, and completing crossword and jigsaw puzzles. She enjoys sports and exercise, being outside, listening to podcasts, and trying out new recipes.
