Rachel believes emotions are informative and a key part of all of us being human, but where we might get stuck is in coping with them in a way that no longer serves our values. Rachel pulls from her evidence-based clinical background to provide you with tangible tools to help you cope outside of session when life gets hard.
Rose Carol MA, LPC
Rose is passionate about supporting you in the process of connecting with yourself through therapy and regular emotional and physical self-care. She’ll work with you to get more comfortable with your own emotions so you can stay safe/grounded within yourself even if everything around you is stressful/chaotic.
John Czapkowicz MA, LCPC
John believes it is essential to approach the therapy process collaboratively. He will support you to find more effective ways to care for yourself and manage life’s challenges, so that you can ultimately live a fuller, more joyful life.
